TODAY IS THE DAY!!!! @ UCWS

I have "passed my Midterms" and went directly to Finals today!!! YEAHHH!
I am now offically "Simply D'Best Model" for "Classic W/ Style". I am wearing my tag "Loud & Proud".
It was a lot of hard work but I have learned alot! I will not quit learning. CWS will continue to "polish this lump of coal" until I am a brilliant diamond!
Graduation is July 3rd Saturday afternoon @.:: Model Training Pageant Mo, CWS Fashion District (72, 118, 752).

Awaiting My Results From Midterm Exams @ UCWS !!!!

Well my fashionista's.......last week was intense & full of activity! First being homework and second we were continuely practicing. These classes are so, so, AWESOME! There was so much detail, I could never have imagined how it could be.
Briefly I will give you an insite of what has been happening last week. First we learned to extract an image and place it on another background. We learned how to create proper biography's, create a routine of poses so that they are visually acceptable to the public, and of course studying for our midterm exams. The class had to put on a fashion show of "Lingere".
Now that the midterm exam is done, I am anxiously awaiting to see the outcome of my grade. If I pass, *crossing my finer in hopeful excitement*, then I will move on to the final exams given by the CEO herself.
I will return with an update of my grading results, no matter what they may be. Wish me luck everyone!

7th Day @ UCWS Class!

WOW! I just got another large helping of potatoes! Gang, grab your spoon because we are digging in......I know everyone has heard of speed reading, that is my metaphor for comparing today's class. Accomplishing alot in a very short period of time. I am going to be up all night just digesting the "Etiquettes of Modeling","lifetyle, proceedures, protocals,and what a true model is beneath the surface of "Suave' Couffeurs and Stylish
Threads". I will emerge tomorrow with a smile on my face and my homework done. Veronica, many cudo's to you! You deserve them and all the other successful models out there!

5th & 6th Day of Class @ UCWS

Well, right now I am into my " 7 Course Meal" and got through the appetizers. Talk about the main course!! The "meat" as to say of the Modeling Course here at "Classic W/ Style".
I have to give all the instrtuctors major merrits for putting up with me. I must look like an "airhead" to them. They just put on that cloak of patience and work through it. They all are Super FANTASTIC!!
The last two days have been intense learning on walking staight, posing, combination of poses, and learning photography. WHEW!!! Boy do I have a full plate.....
Gotta get to my homework and will update you after the next class.

4th Day of Class @ UCWS

As I promised, a little insite of my daily activities at the University ~my start in modeling~!
I have the greatest respect and admiration for Lisana Rossen our instructor today. She is so sweet and her patiences seems to be never ending.ROFLOL we all looked like a group of chicks that could not find mother hen. We were awful! My classmates and I definitley need to "PRACTICE,PRACTICE,PRACTICE". I will also add that Lisana sure does have a lot of faith in us because she says in a couple of days, we are going to be able to strut the runway like ole pros! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT?

3rd Day of Class @ UCWS

Well it just keeps getting better and better! Thank you Anrol & Steve for this great opportunity....
Tabytha1 Baily was like looking in "Readers Digest", a thousand pages of great information packed into 25 single paged chapters. We learned about AO's, poses, walking the runway. Whew! This is super stuff here people and its for anyone who desires to be a model. That opportunity is there and the people here are spectacular. It just can't get better than this in SL. Well, in RL for that matter. *Smile* I will be back after next class but now to do my homework!!!!! Taby, you are just fantastic.. :)LadySunFire

2nd Day of Class @ UCWS

I have learned so much from the first class, I was double excited to attend the second class. VeronicaLynn Parx, super instructor!!! I was like a sponge as she kept pouring out information that involved organization of our inventory. Now....to get my homework done...whew~~~~

First Day Of Class @ UCWS

I consider myself very fortunate to attend such a renound modeling education center as the "Univeristy of Classic With Style" known as "UCWS"
Saturday was my first day of class and in such a short time I made new friends, and learned more in an hour than what I have is the last 9 months in SL.
We have learned about blogging and now I can say that I understand what everyone is talking about when they mention "blogging". Thank you Igusia Mildor for your extensive instruction and can't wait for your next class. :) LadySunFire
